The principles behind our coaching approach are based on our extensive experience as coaches for top athletes and managers. Successful coaches in sports as in business are great influencers. And they are aware that a team is no stronger than its weakest link. They also know how to bring out the best in themselves and the others.

 

STEP 1:  A successful manager and leader

 

The goal of our creative coaching techniques is to help you become better at handling many day to day challenges, as well as the challenges that have to be overcome when future ambitious visions and goals have to be reached. It is crucial that you are in balance with yourself; that you are goal oriented, can handle stress and that you can at the same time coach others to become top performers.

 

A successful manager and leader has a clear picture of what he or she wants, both personally and professionally, and knows which steps to take to move in the desired direction.

 

STEP 2: A strong team and a supportive environment

 

The second goal of this coaching process is that you start coaching your team members and help them move from where they are to where you want them to be. You will coach your team members to overcome their own barriers and hurdles and help them find out their unique role in the team.

 

This should be the role that each individual has the best chances of succeeding with as a member of the team. The main objective is to improve overall performance and to create a supportive environment, which will inevitably lead to better company results.

 

Process:

 

The process stretches over 6 months. Every month there is a 1 hour coaching session with each individual manager. Once a month there is also a 1 to 1,5 hour coaching session with the entire group where I as coach prepare the agenda. These sessions are designed for top management, directors of divisions and for groups that are involved in larger business and organizational change and development processes.

 

Your investment:

 

Your investment in coaching depends on the number of managers that participate in the process and the time you are willing to invest in developing top performance behaviour. Coaching sessions are €180 per hour plus VAT and travelling expenses.

Venue: Three visits a month at your company are included in the fee, if travel time is less than one hour each way. More visits a month and longer travel time is charged at €40 per hour. It is therefore an advantage to have as many meetings as possible on the same day.
