Ole Bloch
Coaching top athletes
Athletes/Management Teams/Individual executive coaching/Coaching workshops
I have 25 years of experience in coaching top athletes both mentally and physically. I have coached many different kinds of athletes on the Danish National Teams. Among others - rowers, runners, badminton players, skiers, football teams, trampoline jumpers, the Danish National Team for trap and skeat shooting.
Among others I coached my daughter Mette Bloch who is a single sculler rower. Mette is two times World Champion and two times Bronze winner.
I also coached Danish badminton player to become World Champions and All England Champions.
By applying my own mental training techniques I made it to the 1980 Olympics as stroke on the Danish quadruple scull at an age of 37.
Testimonial
Thomas Lund
Over a number of years I have used mental training in order to achieve top performance on the badminton court. The techniques I have used, I have learnt through courses and training with Ole Bloch as coach and motivator.
The first remarkable result I had with mental training was, where I after just a few months of applying the techniques gained 2 silver medals at the individual world championships in Copenhagen. Since then I have won many tournament among these the All England Championship in men's doubles and the world championship in mixed doubles. It is my firm belief that these results have come as a direct consequence of having worked with mental training and specific exercises in collaboration with Ole Bloch.
Mental training is also a good tool to improve cooperation with other people. In my capacity as a doubles player, where it is essential that you and your partner work as a team, I have seen how our cooperation improved dramatically through applying mental training. However, mental training not only had an effect on the pitch but also in everyday life, where I had to study for my university degree and also in my private life. This has given me good results in all respects!
Sincerely,
Thomas Lund
